For any work that the Student makes while at Krit School of Sports Management in connection to the scope of its program, the Student retains all personal rights. The Student, however, waives the right that he is named as the author on any publication for application of his work. Krit School of Sports Management shall have the exclusive worldwide right of exploitation including duplication, publishing and modification, editing for registered rights such as trademarks or design rights, for transfer of title or of granting licenses, in its and under its name, without limitation in scope or time.
